1. What is the minimum order value for free delivery?
We’re happy to offer free delivery on orders of ₹899 or more. If your order total is below ₹899, a standard shipping fee will apply. We encourage you to combine your favorite items to reach the free delivery threshold!


2. How long does shipping take?
We take approximately 5-10 working days to deliver. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we currently offer Cash on Delivery for select pin codes. During checkout, simply choose the COD option if it’s available in your area. Please note that certain order values or product categories may not be eligible for COD.


4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link or number. You can use this information to follow your package’s journey and know when to expect delivery.


5. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We’re committed to making things right. If you receive a defective item, please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel until you fully inspect the product. Send us the video and order details at [Insert Contact Email]. If the claim is approved, we’ll provide a replacement as soon as possible. Kindly note that we do not offer refunds.


6. Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
