To arrange a replacement, we request that you record a clear, continuous unboxing video. Please start filming before opening the parcel and continue until the product is fully visible. If you notice any damage or defects, please show it clearly in the video. This evidence helps us verify the issue and ensures a smoother replacement process.
3. Condition of the Returned Item
If a product has been damaged due to transit, we will gladly replace it. However, if the product has been damaged after delivery due to mishandling, or if it has been used or altered, we regret that we cannot provide a replacement.
4. Return Shipping
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Should you need to return the damaged product for a replacement, please send it to the address below in its original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories or documentation:

Currently, we do not offer reverse pick-up services. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service to ensure that the product reaches us safely.
